Stephen received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in finance and accounting from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Stephen is CEO of Storehouse Financial and managing partner of Stull CPA, LLC.  Stephen spends most of his time chasing his two young kids Emerson and Leo around Fort Worth with his wife Leigh Ann.


LAURA MEYERS, CFP® - Certified Financial Planner


Laura Meyers is a Certified Financial Planner with over 13 years of industry experience. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining Storehouse Financial, she worked as an Associate Wealth Advisor at Weaver Wealth Management, Investment Solutions Representative at Fidelity, and Client Advisor at another Fee Only advisory firm. As a Financial Advisor, Laura’s responsibilities include holistic financial planning, asset management, business development, and servicing client relationships.

Jake Bevilacqua, CRNA, AIF®


After four years as a CRNA Team Leader at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Jake realized that his true passion is taking care of other CRNAs.  

He left that role, began working as a 1099 CRNA, and joined his family insurance and financial planning business.  His goal is to help CRNAs get to a financial position where they can work on their own terms.  

Jake is a licensed independent insurance agent, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.

Sarah Catherine (SC) Gutierrez is the founder and CEO of Aptus Financial. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and the Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designations. SC was recently included in the Investment News 2020 40 under 40 class of investment advisors.

SC serves as adjunct instructor in personal finance in the Department of Surgery for UAMS. She is a national speaker on “living like a resident” for physicians; eliminating conflicts of interest in the financial industry; and recruiting women to become financial advisors. 

SC writes a weekly column in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette business section called “Save Yourself” with an emphasis on saving for retirement. 

Her first book, But First, Save10The One Simple Money Move That Will Change Your Life released in August of 2020 and was named in TIME’s Next Advisor top 11 financial books of 2020.

SC and her husband Jorge and have three children, Marco (8), Max (6) and Lucia (4), and co-own Club 27, a salsa dancing nightclub in the River Market that will be reopening next month after being closed down for COVID for over a year.
