Include copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, proprietary systems, frameworks, course structures, and related intellectual property rights worldwide.
Online Course
Delivery of educational content via digital platforms where participants access materials remotely.
Taught Course
Live educational sessions delivered via online classroom.
Services
Services include Online Courses, Taught Courses, mentorship, Course Materials, and educational resources provided by 1099 Success Academy.

4. Ordering Services

1099 Success Academy is not responsible for licensing or certification registration
5. Continuing Education Credit Policy
-
-
The 1099 CRNA Freedom Masterclass is an AANA-approved Provider-Directed Independent Study (PDIS) program.
-
To receive AANA MAC Ed Credits, participants must complete all required course components, including applicable assessments, speaker evaluations, and the Final Course Exit Survey, while their membership is active and before their membership expiration date.
-
Participants are solely responsible for completing all course requirements and submitting all required documentation before their membership expiration date.
-
CE credits, certificates of completion, and AANA credit filings will be processed only after all completion requirements have been met.
-
In accordance with AANA continuing education requirements, CE credits cannot be awarded until all required assessments and evaluations have been completed and submitted.
-
Expired memberships are not eligible for retroactive CE credit filing, certificate issuance, or AANA reporting. Coursework completed during a prior membership period that was not submitted in accordance with course completion requirements before the membership expired cannot be processed after the membership has expired.

Participants who wish to complete the remaining coursework after expiration must renew their membership to regain access to the course.

Prohibition on Derivative Educational Products (5 years)
Participants may not create:

lead magnets

Non-Solicitation (3 years)
No solicitation of students/community.
Remedies for Breach

termination

legal action

damages

recovery of legal fees
Non-Circumvention
Participants may not:

reverse engineer
-
build competing programs
-
create apps/software
-
publish derived guides
Protection of Educational Frameworks
Participants may not recreate or distribute similar frameworks, even if modified.
Protection of Educational Systems and Methodology
Includes:

financial frameworks
-
W2 → 1099 transition methods
-
financial modeling
-
calculators/tools
-
course structure
-
tax strategies
No replication or commercialization without permission.
Non-Competition and Software Restriction (5 years)
Prohibited:

courses
-
coaching programs
-
software/tools/apps
-
SaaS platforms
-
templates/guides
Violation = material breach.
10. Confidentiality
Course materials are confidential and cannot be shared.
11. Termination
Access may be terminated for:

IP violations
-
sharing access
-
distribution
-
fraud/misconduct
12. Assignment
Access is personal and non-transferable.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms + Disclaimer = full agreement.
14. Force Majeure
Not liable for events beyond control.
